Inside Gotyk House You will find another place full of old Gdansk charm.
The atmosphere, traditional interior decoration combined with the smell of spices make an impression that in this shop with gingerbread the time has stopped.
The oldest producer of gingerbread in Poland, whose tradition and experience date back to the XII-th century- the confection factory Kopernik from Torun decided to open one of its shops in the underground of Gotyk house. C.F. Kopernik producing the only true Torun gingerbread introduced an unique and exclusive series of souvenirs to the Gdansk market.
This consists of 7 different Gdansk houses: the Artus Court, Golden House, Schumanns’ House, Uphagen’s House, Gotyk House, New Bench House and Golden Gate. As the only ones in Gdansk we are proud to sell the Gdansk Lantern.
Nice and competent staff, delicious chocolate and the smell of spices intensifies the virtue of splendid Torun gingerbread.
